-We will happily refund or replace any product within 7 days of purchase if product is found to be faulty.
-Intentions of return must email us at email@example.com with photo of faulty item and proof of purchase (Do not send item back before contacting Lemon and receiving confirmation of your return or exchange).
-The product is to be returned to Lemon Jewellery within 14 days of the purchase date and in original packaging.
-Lemon will provide a Pre-Paid Postage label for the return of the item. Simply sign, stick to the outside of your package and drop in a Red Postage Box or at your local Post Office. (You will not be charged for this postage)
- International customers are required to cover all return postage costs, however Lemon will cover the cost to send replacement item.
-Item must be sent back to Lemon via a trackable form of post.
-Lemon will not be held responsible for damage that occurs during return shipment, it is up to you to pack the item carefully.
-Replacements are only possible if the item is available.
-Wear and tear of Jewellery is normal over time and is not considered a fault so please ensure you follow the care instructions for your piece and handle with care.
-We do our best to ensure similar stones are used in each Lemon piece however the stones in the range are sourced by hand and no one is stone is exactly the same. Please understand this when making your purchase.
-Product will be not be refunded or exchanged for change of mind purchases so please choose carefully.
